Yes because no lens distortion.

However you can get too used to your reflection and so you don't notice your asymmetries, so looking at a 'true mirror' is also useful.

Only way to actually know how you look is getting someone to record you from all angles while you're doing stuff

I don't have pics of someone 5 psl. I can say it's above averge dude like you will see 2-3 guys out of 10 that are 5 psl.

Mirror distorts you as well. My bathroom door has two mirrors with a gap in between. In one mirror I look normal, in the other one I like narrower. When I went to Lowe's and passed through the mirror section, I looked very different in every single one of them.
