I will debunk misconceptions about the Negroid race here.
1 - Pygmies:
- are Pygmies Black? are they Negroid? the answer is NO, they do not cluster with Sudanids / West Africans, and the gap is massive to the point where they could be safely called two different races.
2 - Abos, Polynesians, and Melanesians:
- are they also Black? no, they also do not cluster with West Africans, and they are not even in Africa proper, completely two different races.
3 - Horn Africans:
- are they not Black? it's a half truth thing, for Somalis, they are predominantly Black Cushitic, native to East Africa, speak a completely African language, and have little to no West Eurasian admixture, and Somalis in general have one of the darkest tones in Africa:
but what about Ethiopians and Eritreans? they are also indeed predominantly Black, but with a significant West Eurasian layer, and they do speak a Semitic language, and adopted a Semitic religion way before Somalis (Orthodoxy).
and Somalis are closer to Bantus than they are to Arabians:
however, the answer is YES, Horn Africans are Black Cushitic, but some groups clearly show Arab influence.
4 - West Africans are Bantus, or Bantus are West Africans.
- there is a myth that only Blacks are Bantus, and thus assumes West Africans are Bantus, first of all who are Bantus? Bantus are a group of Africans who speak Bantu languages, and spread to East, Central, and South Africa. they mainly came from the border of West Africa, exactly on the border of Cameroon and Easternmost Nigeria, but modern Bantus are also heavily admixed, East Bantus are mixed with East Africans and Cushitic people, Central ones are mixed with native Central Africans, Pygmies and so on. and same goes for South Bantus. so no, Bantu is a stupid thing, and it's merely a linguistic term, the correct genetic term is Sudanid (West African) and Cushitic (East African).
