Raw liver twice or once weekly for Vitamin A, with a bit of coconut oil. Also has shit load of B Vitamins. You can cook it basically very rare, cooked outside but raw inside. Very safe. Get from proper butcher and not grocery store.

Well-washed kale boiled for 30 minutes eaten with a fatty meal for Vitamin K, twice weekly

Thorne K2 (without D3) supplement drops 15mg per day with a fatty meal

Do calisthenics sometimes, do for fun. Start with chin ups, leg raises, sit ups, pushups with proper form.

my metabolism is shit. there is users that take 3000calories a day while im taking 2300 at most yet im still 220lbs. im glad that i dont gain weight but stay at the same weight without needing to cut my intake or sportssmaxxx

my diet consists of olive oil, mostly meat, protein rich plants (beans, lentils,etc etc), and some carbs like rice. my diet is not horrible nor overly restrictive
