They’re black, just not fully.

Same goes with most African-Americans that have about ~20% European heritage but would be considered black by nearly everyone.

Though OP you could’ve used a better example, the woman below could’ve very well had two parents you’d consider black but just end up light skinned, it happens often enough.

Lastly, saying “full-blooded” based on looks sounds rather inaccurate too. The woman you used as example for fully blooded could very well have a few % of her DNA originating from elsewhere that just isn’t represented in her physiognomy.

They kind of look like habesha women so I'm guessing half habesha half white would be 1/4 black in comparison so the kid would look full white just a guess.
