Eyes are NERFING me hard, I just need ANY tips and actual tips for ascending, surgery, etc.

What I already do;
SkinCare, Gym, Basic Grooming

What i’m doing soon;
Keratin for straight hair but idk if that’s gonna ruin appeal, also what haircut should I ask for if i get keratin done? i need texture but i also dont wanna look stupid
