You want more hgh, the best way to do that is to take it directly. Mk will give you minimal benefits. If you truly want to become taller and get a better frame you should take the real stuff. Most of the side effects are easy to identify and solve before they become a real issue.

Idk if its valid, but gpt said a realistic height gain would be 2-5 cm after 6 months.
