mk raises gh, which raises igf1, which leads to increased osteoblast activity and differentiation, and growth especially in lower jaw (the condylar process) lengthening the ramus over time obviously you won't see changes in 3 months but if you run for a while especially during puberty, you could observe something. mk is memed and unfairly hated on its effects are similar to (roughly) a few iu gh
