Day 2 of MK-677

I have noticed quite a lot of appetite so i’ve been focusing on protein, i will start cutting down my calories soon until the appetite divulgence calms down.

so far no growth in bone or muscle (obviously) and not a noticeable improvement in sleep either,

i will take another 10mg before my sleep, and then tomorrow will start the 20mg dosing, (which i will maintain for about a year)

an effect i’ve noticed is my throat and upper chest cavity have noticeably been getting “hot flashes” where it feels like warm liquid is filling them, i’m not sure if this is an effect from the ibutamoren or another factor.

wouldnt adderall paired with this cancel out the appetite? but it would also fuck up your sleep too
