Take 25mg, assess blood sugar levels fasted in the morning. If prediabetic, then drop dosage to 12.5mg. You could also experiment with low carb diet on 25mg to see if that fixes your blood sugar levels.

It's just a side effect in some studies, don't let it put you off IMO the good things outweigh the bad things especially with new studies like this, where they are giving MK to kids in a study approved by the EU and the FDA

the only thing that happens is makes your appetite larger, by methylating you're gherlin receptors (MK 677 acts on those receptors) and it is a permanent genetic change meaning your kids will also have increased appetite. I am currently taking MK at 16 and I would recommend it
