I've been hearing about this sarm for too long but I really don't know anything about it except it boosts HGH and igf1 I guess ( my research was surface level) and the say it's good for your overall facial bones, so should I buy it or it's a big cope

Sure it boosts HGH but nowhere near the areas straight up HGH does (above your natural production threshold) so don't bother
