I‘m 6‘4 140lbs and i really need to gain weight but it genuinely is incredibly hard for me i have no appetite and i feel like shit after eating has anyone taken mk for appetite/weight gain with the same issue and did it really help?

I know bro i‘ve been skinny my whole life but hasn‘t really been a problem i‘m 18 now tho i need to stop looking like a twink

Yeah growth hormone will boost your appetite by increasing gherlin and you will have easier time exceeding calorie intake therefore gain weight, also if you start resistance training you'll put significantly more muscle than fat and you will recover much better
