Yes it can depending on what situation you're in. There is some studies involving the effects on healthy males and it had an overall effect of about 25% increase in all bone formation markers, this can include long bone growth if you're the correct age and you respond to the drug well. Here's the link to the study I'm referring to: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9661080/. If you are going to take something like this make sure you're also weight training 4-5 times a week, while also doing a mile run every other day or so to maintain cardiovascular fitness aswell, this will also increase gh secretion on top of the mk-677. Remember to always start at a low dose and taper up if needed and your body tolerated the previous dose well. It's also good practice to test blood glucose levels atleast once per week in the morning fasted.
