Yes with caveats. Mk-677 is a GH secretogen, it works, there's a reason why its usage is regulated, and it is banned to use in sport competitions. However, the GH boost of Mk-677 is not that crazy, and it has some undesirable side effects too. If you wanted a boost in either of these areas, there's better stuff to take.
