okay genuine question i know you guys go fucking ape shit when someone brings up mk but i’m just curious if i’m trying to use it for muscle building would it work while on a bulk (not asking about height gains because i understand it doesnt give that affect and i’m currently already 6’2. also it bloats you, would i be able to combat that with creatine and high potassium 4:1 ratio with sodium?

you take it for hunger > more food > insulin > more ATP > less AMPK > more mTOR

i’m trying to build my diet BEFORE running literally anything i have a sugar problem but it’s gone significantly down and i’ve been eating way more lean protein

yeah pure white sugar works no added shit pure energy pure insulin and dont eat candies bro i actually just quit the candies for white sugar and gave me more energy and i feel better

idk yesterday i ate like 300g ngl but i make it as safe as possible and i workout 6x weekly
and you gotta eat all of your sugar with alot of protein at once
also if you gonna be on mk dont take berberine beacuse it spikes your AMPK making the mk useless

insulin builds bones man and i am sure that 50-150g doesnt do anything to a person that works out and is overall healthy but also i take test so my body responds better to insulin and its not that bad overall
