how good is this? i did some research to make sure i wasn’t taking something bad, and apparently this could affect my dna directly, affecting my kids too. the real problem comes from the obesity problem, ofc i knew that i would be more hungry while i take it, but the effects can last forever after i stop, i can’t imagine myself with 40 years old having the discipline to stop eating because my retarded ass at 17 years old decided to take a sarm (or not a sarm who cares). imagine my kid is born with genetics that make him more hungry than normal, it’s over for my fat fuck kid before it even started

people either overrate or underrate it like here. If you want to take mk for height or more frame you need to take a high dose (25mg) with huperzine A.

that’s what i thought i was gonna take 10 mg cause i am somewhat resistant to insulin (i think) cause i got a lot of visceral fat and there is diabetes in my family but i don’t think i would grow that much max 3 cm, which would be good but 170 or 173 are both manlet heights

10mg is a waste unless you just want to gymcel and have better sleep. Take the hig dose with huperzine A but take Bernerine with it while monotoring your blood sugar.

Use alpha lipoic acid and chromium piconate and take cinnamon capsules before high carb meals
