I take 25mg of MK everynight
- Supplement this with 500mg Berberine with 2 carb-heavy meals, 15mg Zinc daily, Dandelion root (for bloating) + Aqualx when needed, and take a sleep stack (200mg liquid nano mangesium, taurine, theanine, and 3g of glycine)
Overall, while people say MK sucks and isn't worth it, I disagree. It's a good starting place for people who haven't done pharma yet (like me) and I do notice my hunger is crazy now which is helping me put on more weight and grow + sleep quality is much better and GH secretion is around double.
What do yall think?
