Why would it be jfl? Its actually smart ngl. Hgh spikes after 30-40 minutes but mk starts acting after 2 hours so its a nice overlap for constantly elevated gh and igf1

You do HGH peaks after 40 mins of injection then if you take MK right after it gets absorbed then MK needs 2 hours to get absorbed and via that it boost IGF1 and HGH levels for 12-24 hours.

Its like you make a big pulse with HGH and then maintain the high ranges in the rest of the sleep.
