Yesterday I got my K2 mk4 and D3 supps. The mk4 is 5mg per pill and D3 is 1000iu per pill, so I took 5mg of mk4 and 5000iu of d3. I also have calcium tablets which are 500mg each. So what should be my daily dose for all of these? I now found that taking more than 200mcg of mk4 causes hairloss apparently?
