I see alot of different opinions about MK and its side effects and im wondering if anyone has sources on what the actual side effects are and not just a grey spouting nonsense JFL.

What i noticed is that i was extremely bloated in week 2/3, but the bloating is gone now. I’m extremely hungry all the time. If you take it, take Berberin with it and if you want to be on the safe side, get something to check blood sugars.

Better sleep, more hunger, 0,5cm height gain and i gained muscles without gaining fat, maybe even lost a little bit of fat. i will do it one more month, then stop for 1-2 months and take it again

im 186cm, turned 18 in feb, i lack a bit of facial bonemass (not recessed or anything but could look better with some mass). im just worried about the side effects of both doubting whether its worth it to try for a while or just get implants and then there is also the height, i would love to reach 190+ but doubt it

It’s toxic. Puts your oituitary in fight or flight. Causes insomnia. I vomited and got bloody nose last time I took it.
