I am taking 15mg of mk everynight, I drink the pill with water
Its my fourth day taking it, and I have experienced no side effects, the only thing that I got is crazy sleep.

Should I up the dose to 30mg and what should I consume the pill with?

Keep taking it for another 3-5 weeks, then asses the side effects and maybe bump up the dose. Stuff like insulin resistance or intense bloating takes some time to develop.
