if your taking it, use berberine atleast, remember once you get diabetes, theres no getting rid of it, so really think about it

how much berberine?

500 mg to 1000 mg, 1 to 2 times per day (with meals) morning and night then you can also stack with

• Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)
• Ceylon Cinnamon
• Chromium Picolinate

hgh has a lesser chance for insulin resistance but yes there's a cancer risk. hgh comes with the same side effects as mk-677 but at least hgh will do something beneficial in regards to height, frame, and facial bonemass. you have to do your own research on sourcing, it's different for everyone depending on money and location.
