Mk677 doesn't do shit with your prolactin
Increases your ghrelin receptors which significantly improve your hunger
If you are taking mk677 only concern should be the mega bloat you get from it
It's not that strong of a ped just a hgh secretogauge

Idc abt bloat im already bloated on face although i have abs. I will use it to utilize body fat better lean gains and height. Also i heard it bloats your feet which gives you extra height boost.
