yea bro im ob my first cycle 20mg nightly for 3.5 months dont worry abt diabedies if u work out and are lean, take 1000mg berberine daily that helps a ton other then that ur good to go would reccomend from a 15 year old got my shit from chemyo but reaserchem is ideal
