Should I take mk677 at 15, my doctor says not to and everywhere I research shows that I shouldn’t but I never really get details on the side effects. My growth plates are almost closed. Give me real information about it and the truth

PTSD induced in rats. Get Grok or smth to link you to all anecdotal reports of mental side effects. It's not nothing. Especially when developing, you don't want to make yourself into a retarded person because you think being big is cool.

bro I completely get it. do what needs to be done. but you cant ascend if you retardmaxx. it is low risk but just look out if youre prone to it

also being big is cool. im 5,11 90kg lean. I've reached my potential and gear sounds good. but if i did mk it woulda fucked me up. im usually bigger anyway and it gives you moon face. mk is the way people go if they either dont know what theyre talking about or theyre too scared to double down and do AAS.

GH would be safer than MK and it would help you in the final stretch of puberty. and test probably. you can be extreme about looks while also optimising other aspects of your life. dont do things that are easy and will fuck you up when you can inject and be safer. also if u do loads of mk it will fuck your liver up like any oral. at 15 dont play around with anabolics or GHRPs UNLESS you inject, do your research, source them correctly,. and pct properly. in that case it sounds like a better plan.

mk-677 at your age won't cause any negative side effects like the other user says. All it's going to do is raise your hunger levels and improve your sleep the GH and IGF aspects of mk-677 are honestly dog shit so you'll be fine if you take it.

My friend has exactly the same stats. Look at your skeleton. Some people suit being leaner. Surfer look. he leant into that. it looks good. in the gym, find what you respond to. its hard but it might be higher or lower volume. might be 1 or 6 days a week. play around with it for a month, determine what you respond best to. then run your plan for 6 months. mk will put size on but it doesnt look great. youd go slightly higher on the scale to gain as much as you would if you locked in but with face bloat and water retention. As for height im sure you know to implement lifts. big shoes and lifts with consistent training tops randomly doing mk because you havent been going to gym much

its not correct to write off sides. no such thing as a free lunch. you might not induce ptsd but it will bloat you. especially with the extra context he gave, its not the right protocol to implement with his current lifestyle. what you said is an unresearched generalisation at best

So, what should I do to send signals to IGF-1 for now
If you’re under 18, you do not need drugs to “send signals to IGF-1”. Your body already produces more GH/IGF-1 naturally than any adult the problem is usually that lifestyle is blocking it.

How IGF goes up:
1. Sleep
  • 8–9 hours minimum
  • Deep sleep = GH pulses
  • Sleep apnea kills GH → get that treated before thinking about anything else

2. Eat enough (especially carbs + protein)
  • Chronic calorie deficit = low IGF-1
  • Protein: ~0.8–1g per lb of lean mass
  • Carbs matter. insulin + GH = IGF-1 conversion
  • Starving yourself or cutting hard will lower IGF-1

3. Heavy resistance training
  • Squats, deadlifts, presses
  • Moderate volume, progressive overload
  • Overtraining actually suppresses GH

4. Sprinting / jumping

*TRUE
  • Short sprints, hill sprints, jumps
  • NOT endless cardio
  • This spikes GH naturally

5. Sunlight + micronutrients
Most people forget this (remember vit d supps are underdosed severely )

  • Vitamin D
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
    Low levels = blunted GH/IGF response

6. Don’t be fat
  • Higher body fat → lower GH output
  • Even at 20% BF, leaning down slightly can increase natural GH
If anything taking anything to signal IGF will mess up hormone signalling.

I wrote the above for something else but it applies here. I promise you altering lifestyle will increase it. It did for me

lot to unpack. lowkey not sure if my bone age is fully matured as well so it would function as a nail i the coffin from my perspective. yeah mk67 will bloat me, but honestly the gym is more enjoyable when I put more weight on cause mass moves mass so I wont be too bothered by it. also have read sleep quality is improved on mk. my appetite is also not much atm because I eat whole foods. Tldr; coping

This guy is smart follow his advice. Do not take Mk-677 it is possiblly one of the worst ways to increase that pathway unless ur only looking for convince. The peptides you would look into if u wanted to go the safe increase off-1 route would be ghrps and ghrh. Things like cjc-1295 and ipa up to 250mcg 5 days a week. Show little to no negative side effects. When you start hitting the 3-4 mg per week ur probably Doing damage to your pituitary and getting the side effects takes about from HGH.
HOWEVER, you should realistically only start thinking of taking this when you are 16-20.
People will always say test is best and HGH. And it’s true but expensive.

Cope,if u use mk677 ( u probabily use mk for mass) dont do that, mk stimulate so much gh and at 15 this is not a good things,and the common side effect are,bloaded face, hormone disability, growth plates Speed Close,heart problem and more. With mk there are more risks then remind. I have my same age and i Hop on in this weeks iperamolin,more safe at all things
