Very confused I’m bad at chemistry and math I need to take 25mg a day but it’s measured in milliliter here’s a pic of the measurement

It’s measured in milliliter I need 25 mg daily I am guessing the .25 ml is prob equal to 25mg
 
But it also says on bottle 25mg/ml so does that mean take a whole milliliter of it
