hi all hope ur ok.
I'm thinking about hopping on mk to gain more muscle mass. I've been researching a lot about it but I'm still unsure on the dosage and frequency. I heard 10mg for 3 months should be fine as it allows you to see the results while keeping side effects to the minimum. Also, how can I better make sure that my glucose levels don't spike while on it? thanks
