mk677 dosage and frequency?

hi all hope ur ok.

I'm thinking about hopping on mk to gain more muscle mass. I've been researching a lot about it but I'm still unsure on the dosage and frequency. I heard 10mg for 3 months should be fine as it allows you to see the results while keeping side effects to the minimum. Also, how can I better make sure that my glucose levels don't spike while on it? thanks

(if it matters im 184, 71kg, around 9%bfp)

yeah I'd say do that and with your biggest carb meals take 500 mg of berberine or more honestly like that's a perfect dose use berberine and alpha lipioc acid. and maybe take 1-2 days off a week helps a lot. Conner Murphy talks alot about it

25mg for 2months is optimal but, you still shouldnt run it becouse mk677 is a shit compound anyways

does nothing for muscle, but.. but saar it increases gh. Even GH in studies were nonsignificant in that aspect boyo

I'm not expecting miracles from MK, just something that is better than creatine and keeps risks to the minimum since I'm kinda young. I'll do some research about 25mg
