10mg MK daily, and 12.5mg enclo on M,W,F. Got mine from Swiss chems. Don’t expect anything crazy results wise

Because it’s not a lifetime commitment, experiementing with peptides is fun and fine. If you do wanna go the unnatty route then take testosterone enanthate at 300mg a week as it’s the saftest steroid to inject and “best for your body” avoid sarms or orals if you care about your organs
