WHAT IVE EXPERIENCED:

• Extreme hunger: constantly hungry, eating around 4500 calories daily now
• GROWING PAINS: This shit got me pumped, not has growing pains since I was 12 (haven't grown since then)
• Strength increase: May be placebo, but I already feel stronger especially on compound lifts like squat, old PR was 100 for 4, today I did 100 for 8
• Slight brain fog: Hardly noticeable, not something that's putting me off
• Faster recovery in the gym: Ussually after a tough leg day my legs are sore for 2-3 days, now the next day I feel like I could train them again
• Sleep: easily getting to sleep and extremely vivid dreams
