yeah it might help you but it is not really scientific proven thing. may have some side effects. eat all the nutrients get a lot of sleep, even drink raw milk or if you can find raw colostrum all of then have igf 1, but if you dont wanna stay natural u can take cjc 1295 with ipa will boost your gh like 3 times more, or hgh will boost as much as you pin but this is something with a big side effects

Mk won’t do nothing. It will raise ur baseline hgh but what u need for height growth is huge sky rocket spikes/peaks in hgh close to or during deep sleep phase

mk does help with igf-1 making you taller, im currently on 15mg of mk every night and also 6iu of hgh (until the mk runs out) but hgh is just better in every fucking regard bro so just pin hgh if you cant then you can be on mk but trust me itll bloat you and make you hungry asf just take it before u sleep

all it does is increase your appetite. If u think u need that than get it. Not making you taller though.
