hgh alone wont make u taller so as mk.
Both are great for development though.
Niggas be taking 8+iu for height and that could an inch, but if your goals are just to be more developed mk is just as good.
Im 15 been cycling mk and its making me develop asf (frame, forward growth, etc) lit no sides and walking after every meal and being outside all day makes insulin resistance not a issue. (berberine and any diatbetes meds messes with mtor, dont take them)
Im deadass gon cycle mk with dht till im atleast 25/when all growth plates close.
and ran allat year round and get developed asf. With no risks.
