estrogen is VERY important for bone growth and brain health thats a known fact
obviously you dont want it high or it can close your growth plates
if ur estrogen is too low during puberty you wont develop properly, mentally and physically
and your bones will be weak and osteoporosis is a possibility

ur also gonna be depressed if its low asf

if ur living healthy u should have low levels of estrogen already

that could help but you dont have a major health condition so likely not much
low doses are less harmful
but be carful with estrogen rebound when you come off so you dont just shut ur growth plates

Ye considering the rebound, ill see if anything is possible to combat it, and if not ill just take ai when my growth plates are nearly closed so i dont have to worry about that. If i just gradually take lower and lower doses of ai would it negate the rebound?

you can try aromasin since it doesnt rebound but its harder to recover from
