Don't say cope, but I want to maximize my time on MK677 for the next 60 days and see if I can help with bones/muscle/height/skin even a little bit
I'm 17 years old and weigh 150 lbs. at 5'11
What I’m currently taking:
10mg MK677 daily for 60 days once it arrives
5g creatine daily
Multivitamin, Magnesium, Vitamin D3
electrolytes (800mg sodium, 300mg potassium)
About a gallon of water daily
Diet is pretty clean overall.
What should I take to help with insulin sensitivity? I'm thinking of taking alpha lipoic acid and chromium picolinate.
There is no history of diabetes in my family.
Should I cut out carbs or just keep them lower? Is fruit okay?
Anything else I should add to maximize my ROI on MK
