Every side effect is bullshit if you take the right pure molecule from a trusted source. The only real side effects are water retention (bloated face and body) (temp), increase in ghrelin hormone, which will lead to more appetite and for some people even better sleep.

MK-677, mimics ghrelin, the hunger hormone. When I take it, I feel most hungry about 8 hours after. I take it in the mornings, since I am a fellow lanketcel and want to increase my appetite. It should be ok with accutane, since there are no particular drug interactions, and mk 677 isnt too taxing on the liver.

You dont need to monitor blood glucose if you're taking a reasonable dose (15-20mg/day). Just make sure you don't get diabetic neuropathy (tingling in extremities) as a result of it, but Ive only ever seen that in retarded individuals who take crazy high doses and chug 2 bottles of coke a day. Youll be fine.

Mk 677's "bloating" effects only effect the muscles; it increases the water your muscles hold, making them look bigger. In my experience, and my friends' experiences, and other people's forum experiences, it does not cause your skin, fat, or other tissue to hold water. Finally I do feel like I get way better sleep on MK, with more vivid dreams. This has been the experience of others as well.
