you should take berberine and buy a glucose monitor and check your glucose at least 3 times a week first thing in the morning before you eat

start with id say 5 mg and after a week move up to 10 and if your glucose levels go over 100 then cruise with 5 but if it doesnt after another week do 15mg and cap it at that
