whyOh my fucking god. No don’t take Mk 677 don’t take that shit
wait so if i have low estrogen via like aromatase inhibtors is mk ok, and whats the youngest age i should take itmk677 alone could speed up growth plate closure giving short term height boost but long term stunting dependent on genetic potential, higher estrogen levels which can occur from overeating from mk677 will cause you to stop growing sooner (sustained high igf1 levels can speed up the rate of bone maturation and bone age leading to sooner plate fusion) , mk+ai is a relatively safe way to go but not too much ai you don't wanna crash estrogen entirely otherwise ur bones wont be good or smth, I think things like cjc+ipa are safer typically given that you are good with needles as it matches the natural rhythm of gh release and igf1, less desensitization and diabetes etc, however effects can take longer so its dependent on the state of your growth plates
it’s not guaranteed that estrogen will raise tho, that’s only if u don’t eat right. so otherwise u would be finemk677 alone could speed up growth plate closure giving short term height boost but long term stunting dependent on genetic potential, higher estrogen levels which can occur from overeating from mk677 will cause you to stop growing sooner (sustained high igf1 levels can speed up the rate of bone maturation and bone age leading to sooner plate fusion) , mk+ai is a relatively safe way to go but not too much ai you don't wanna crash estrogen entirely otherwise ur bones wont be good or smth, I think things like cjc+ipa are safer typically given that you are good with needles as it matches the natural rhythm of gh release and igf1, less desensitization and diabetes etc, however effects can take longer so its dependent on the state of your growth plates
yeh in terms of growth plate closure suppressing estrogen is the most important thing, as for age, for height it is most optimal in your teenage years before your plates close but there is always a risk of diabetes (which can be lowered by monitoring glucose levels with a glucose monitor (cheap asf on amazon) and using berberine after a carb heavy meal and also eat clean that will help you anyway) and there is potential for hormone disruption, do your research to make sure ur happy with it don't just listen to randoms onlinewait so if i have low estrogen via like aromatase inhibtors is mk ok, and whats the youngest age i should take it
Holy high iq reply, so is mk risky or should i do it, and whats the youngest age that mk is okyeh in terms of growth plate closure suppressing estrogen is the most important thing, as for age, for height it is most optimal in your teenage years before your plates close but there is always a risk of diabetes (which can be lowered by monitoring glucose levels with a glucose monitor (cheap asf on amazon) and using berberine after a carb heavy meal and also eat clean that will help you anyway) and there is potential for hormone disruption, do your research to make sure ur happy with it don't just listen to randoms online
Also if your goal is height (And general benefits) and especially if you use an aromatase inhibitor make sure to take higher doses of vitamin k2 + d3, supplement calcium or eat enough of it through diet, take magnesium before bed for better sleep, boron, zinc etc just to create the best conditions possible for height potential. Without supplementing vitamin K2 and D3 + calcium, ur bone health might worsen, as estrogen is important for your bone formation and strength
Don't run too high a dose of aromatase inhibitor (like Arimidex). I take 0.5mg of Arimidex every other day, but do your research
