how was the bloat

Some days non noticeable some days pretty bad but due to my high water intake n cardio it was mostly never there

1ml in liquid form and it makes you hungry and fucks up your diet if you don’t take it right before bed

I’d still start with a lower dose at first instead of jumping straight into a full one just to see how your body reacts. When I took a full dose the first time I crashed the next day and the hunger was insane. If you’re not getting super hungry, sleeping deeper, or having vivid dreams, there’s a good chance your ibutamoren is underdosed or not legit. Also if you’re really skinny, some of the early weight gain is definitely water and glycogen so your face can look a little puffier too, but worth it, it helped me finally break a weight plateau I was at and I put on around 10 lbs after being stuck at the same weight for a while within 2 weeks.
