I would like to know how many mg of mk677 i should take for optimal bone growth i have 200 10mg each and would like to know how many pills i should take (mg) and the time distance between the doses bc i heard it only increases it for 8 hours so do i do it every 8 hrs?

It works for 24 hours straight, you should take 30mg daily for optimal results
