MK677 is a mediocre long-acting ghrelin receptor agonist with more sustained IGF 1 levels. MK-777 works on the exact same pathway but is weaker, shorter lasting, and significantly less studied. I wouldn't bother wasting your time on either but if you're going to regardless then go with MK677.
