Mlf3 vs Implants vs filler

What are the aesthetic differences between a modified lefort 3, midface implants, and filler for treating a recessed upper maxilla? Is one aesthetically superior to the other or is it a matter of preference?

the first obviously just advance bone part of the maxilla, infraorbitals, the second can augment the whole maxilla and bone parameters, and the third is as if you applied a patch to a bleeding artery.
