im 18 years old 5'10 and khhv. women are disgusted at the idea of being in a relationship with me and ive never gotten the slightest hint of attraction from a woman. 90% of people rate me mltn on discord, and i'm aware of my recessed maxilla, big nose, and recessed infras, however none of those can be fixed without surgery. im not looking for a temporary solution such as haircut/grooming. since my flaws cant be fixed, i was wondering if theres other parts of my face i can make look better somehow.
