March 29, Sunday 2026.
Guys I'm sincerely and seriously saying this. You need to be a hero. You need to be the best man that you can be.
And part of it is learning warfare/the art of war. Learning it will positively change your outlook towards life. It will make you mentally and physically tough.
Life isn't always easy. But you have to constantly push yourself. You need to find a niche, be it MMA or some other thing in life.
I'm 35 and having a midlife crisis. I realize I can't waste my life away. I need to be highly successful in at least one of thing in my life.
I need to push it to the limit. Till I can't no more. That's what bodybuilding teaches. Make the religious temple and the gym your permanent home.
With God by my side anything is possible... I worship God for what I want and She makes it happen. She manifests my thoughts, wishes and desires. God is the primordial Divine feminine energy.
If I die. I want to look back at my life and see that I had a fulfilling one. I can't waste this precious life away procrastinating and doing nothing.
You are not just the Self/Soul. You are a composite of mind, body and soul. You need to take care of all 3. Reading books for the mind. Taking care of your health, lifting weights and looksmaxxing for the body. And praying/meditating/doing penances and austerities for the soul.
Now coming back to MMA. MMA is the most tried and tested, realistic, utilitarian fighting sport. It's ever evolving and getting more and more technical. It is both mental and physical.
If you take it seriously, it will change your life. If train hard in it, you will acquire skills and reach your fullest potential in something you are dedicated to. It brings out the best in you.
TRAIN MMA!
