MMA is more realistic because of Kickboxing/Muay Thai, and wrestling and BJJ.

My ambition is UFC. One is started/run by the same guy who started/runs my gym chain Evolve MMA, Chatri.

One is full of Muay Thai guys.

Once in your 20's it is boring to watch and quite sad/gay as you realize it's just dudes cuddling eachother on the ground half-naked..

Real life fights use moves forbidden in MMA and the psychology of combat is completely different, you are basically fighting for life and not for show.
