Start training at 7:00 am for 1 hr - #1
Take a break for half an hour
Resume training at 8:30 am for 1 hr - #2
Take a break a break for half an hour
Resume training at 10:00 am for 1 an a half hour - #3
Have lunch at 11:30
Resume training at 1 pm for 1 hour - #4
Take a break for 1 hour.
Resume training at 3pm for 1 hour - #5
Take a break for 1 hour
Resume training at 5pm for 1 and a half hour
Stop at 6:30 pm
Go to bed at 9pm.
8 hours of training for the entire day.
