How do people like @tuberculosisinmybal get mod with only such little posts. Do they only post high quality stuff? Or how else are his posts that low? (No hate, just wondering)

i think i got mod with like 1k posts after 6 months, also the post counter doesn't really matter u can have 100 posts and be a better mod than someone who has 10k posts the more important thing is how much the head admins trust you

What confuses me the most is: How can people even gauge you and how trustworthy you are after 1k posts and 6 months. He definitely judged you right in that regard, but still. I find that quite interesting.
