What's it supposed to do? Everytime I buy some nootropic or something I see recommended ((l-theanine, phenibut,, ashwagandha, aniracetams etc etc) that ISN'T a 'proper' drugs (like a benzo, or mdma or whatever) i'm always disappointed and feel like i've bought sugar pills lol
