i take 200mg im morning , rn 5x week because im graduating in 10 days and need to study, only issue is you sleeping gets worse if you take it too late

try to take it as early as possible otherwise yeah, sleeping will become problem but early morning its okay.

Side effects are none for me , only good effects. Imma stop now for like a week and then use 4x week
