I am prescribed but you can get from Indian or online retailers depending USA or EUrope. Don’t try to ship into Japan.
 
In ModFinil I walked with SWAG IDGAF attitude it is so uncommon for me to feel that way tbh.
 
I was actually so vocal and assertive that the employee literally gave me free products and told me to leave :lul:
