Popped 100mg modalert at 9-10pm, kept me awake till 4 and I slept till 7. Felt really sluggish and had a headache after waking up but it got better. Popped another 100mg today at 7AM for my exam at 8AM. My face felt really red and jittery but I was able to focus. I would've done better if I was less anxious. So 100mg should be ideal for max benefits with less side effects.

100mg no effect on me only 300-400mg but that's maybe because I have Idiopathic Hypersomnia
