You need filler on the upper lip area. You upper lip is almost non-existent

I was wrong about your Philtrum. It’s normal. It’s the lack of upper lip that creates that illusion. You need upper lip filler to balance the mouth area.

No it’s not. Your lower lip is the perfect size. The problem is not your lower lip. The problem is your upper lip, it’s too small.

You need to fake sleep apnea and say you can’t breath properly

You won’t really need this so much because you actually need the marpe but just to make sure.
If the dentist doesn’t agree request it either way or go to another dentist
