Gymmaxing is cope. All you need is the fashion model body.
>trapezoid body shape
>6'-6'3 or 185-195cm for europeans
>145-165lbs (63-75kg for eu)
>waist 29-34in or 70-80cmfor europeans
>chest 38-40in or 81-102cm for europeans
>hips about 38 inches
>low bf (12-15%)
>visible abs mandatory
For reference
>clothes size M-L
>jeans size ~32 or so
>jacket size 40L/42R (48-52 eu)
It might not look best when you are naked but this is the shape that makes you look the best when you have clothes on

European measurmemts are bigger cause europeans are generally bigger sorry ameritlets

I guess up to personal preference, I don't know if you've ever met a model in real life, but they are TINY, in terms of body size that is. I cannot see a model being appealing over someone who is "gymmaxxed", not in the natural bodybuilding type, having an athletic looking physique, still the muscle definition, but at least looking like you won't get flung by the slightest bit of wind and not having a BMI medically categorized as underweight.

What's really the point of "clothes fitting better" if having a slightly more develop physique will give you more points in your SMV? Ideally do what's most attractive. Regardless, you can dress okay even when clothes aren't perfectly tailored, that's without mentioning all the physical benefits of lifting for your general health and longevity.

You spend 99% of your time in clothes. What matters is how you look in them. The days of jocks are gone. The female ideal now is a tall skinny man with a slutty waist and long hair who looks peggable. Is it birth control? Mb

Its true, but there is a reason fahion scene, anime and even artists who paint humans prefers model/skinny proportions

This is true, but being low BMI is associated with longevity too

I meant tiny as in body proportions, of course, models who're 6'1-6'3 are huge, but I meant, in perspective, they're like a spaghetti noodle, very long and very thin.

Also yeah, a BMI of 18-19 is technically not medically underweight, but it's literally one step from it

I still think you can look good being heavier, I mean really according to research a BMI of 23 is typically seen as the most attractive. Look at this guy for example, he's not model level skinny, muscular, but not fucking huge, and fitting of the clothes is honestly good:

That kind of physique works for most clothes to look good, doesn't take intimidation of male respect points off significantly, and you will look good without clothes on

I'm sorry, but I just can't go to the beach to look like Barret, he looks like a little boy 😭

I still think the "athletic" build is ideal in terms of physical appeal and clothes fitting, you won't excel at either, you're kind of in the middle, but you won't struggle physically (having strength for general life, a physical altercation, or having enough muscle for longevity) or in terms of fashion (you're somewhat close to the proportions are made for)

Jordan physique is retarded to begin with, and yeah, some muscles are ok but my logic works this way: if you are naked with a woman, she already wants you. If you are not, you are wearing clothes and she won't see your body so looking good in them in best. Also in terms of preference, actually the most attractive male bmi is 26. The second most attractive is...17. + the 26 one is mostly popular among older women (27+) while 18-27 age group prefers sexy skeleton
